I am feeling my Seasonal Affective Disorder. I’m finally admitting it this week because I have a minor, but persistent, cold and that combined with cabin fever has made me dream of the tropics. There is all sorts of white fluffy stuff to play in out there, however, my persistent checks of the city news releases have only revealed: “PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL of the outdoor ice rinks remain closed due to thin ice”!!! Plus, not feeling 100% makes curling up in my warm bed for hours all the more appealing & unavoidable. I told my Bro that I’m actually missing cable and seriously considering caving in for the first time – which means I need to go pick up my books at the library and start filling my mind with something other than COLD.
