Harold was a good fish

and yes, I took a picture of him dying
We came home from Thanksgiving to find Amanda's fish at the bottom of the tank. I told Amanda she needed to name him (she's had him for three years) because no one should die without a name, she chose Harold. We then played a song and I got out my camera. He's still somewhat alive, but he's doing that drunk fish swim and sink thing and that just doesn't imply good things. I haven't really been close with Harold, which makes me feel a little guilty (like I did with the death of every childhood pet that I should've treated better), I'm sorry for that Harold (and Licorice, Bud, Michaelangelo, Boocoo). So today I give thanks for Harold, hope your life wasn't too miserable.

Go towards the light, little buddy!

That is so sad... After Thanksgiving, we came home from Denver after 4 days of leaving Garp alone, and he looked miserable. He didn't move even when we shook his bowl. I left some food in there and this morning he seemed much perkier, like his old self. It was quite a scare.
