I came home to these lovely messages today (yes, I should be doing homework but just a quick blog first!):

JenP: so what are the big bday plans on friday my dear?
JenP: please keep me updated so i can plan accordingly
JenP: i'm assuming you are planning a nice girls night...maybe a sleepover with sleeping bags, popcorn, and soda...wow what fun!!! i can't wait

It's true, my birthday is this Friday, and for my 23rd I'm counting on staying up past 10PM! Unfortunately, an all girl slumber party is not in the plans this time, Jen. I would like to let you all know the skinny on what's really happening, though. So, here's what I got:

• Nitty @ 9:30ish, as I can't pass up the free beer -- I'd better see all your butts there!
• Perhaps, some cocktails at our apartment beforehand, for anyone interested (7:30-9:30ish). Let me know if you need my address, otherwise I'll see you Friday!
